Actor Aamir Khan, who recently visited Salim Khan at Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai days after the veteran screenwriter was admitted, has shared a health update on the 90-year-old.
Speaking to the media during an event on Wednesday, Aamir shared, "Main Salim sa'ab se personally nahin mil paya kyunki woh ICU mein thhe. Unki family ke saath main baitha tha. Hum sab dua kar rahe hain woh jaldi theek ho jayein aur ghar aayein."
The 60-year-old added, "Jo mujhe Alvira (Khan Agnihotri, Salim's daughter) ji bata rahi hain, har roz unki health improve ho rahi hai. Hum sab prarthna kar rahe hain ki woh jaldi ghar aa jaayein aur unki health bhi wapas aa jaaye."
Salim was admitted to the hospital on February 17 after suffering a minor brain haemorrhage. Doctors had earlier stated that his condition is stable and that he is being kept under close observation in the intensive care HTC unit (ICU).
